&(1:) - The part of the URL that has identified the service processor.
A request has been received on the URL mask that indicates that it is a web service request.
The service processor specified by the URL mask could not determine a handler to call.
No action is necessary, the message is meant to make it possible to investigate reports of requests that has not been handled correctly.
To investigate, find the URL mask in the service tree structure, check the specifications of the criteria and the values that specify how the handlers are selected.
If you are using the request log, use the request id specified in the message to find the request information and compare this information with the criteria and the criteria values for the handlers.
